Speaker:  Dr. Bart Fowler, Charis Counseling Associates

Dr. Bart Fowler has worked in mental health since 1985. He researched marital and family communication at George Fox University while earning his Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. He is licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in both Washington (PY60153263) and Oregon (1297) States.

Prior to joining Charis, Dr. Fowler worked in several inpatient hospitals, a community mental health center and in a private practice. As an ordained minister, he shares various teaching and ministries with fellow leaders in his church. Currently, he is the Clinical Director of Charis Counseling Associates as well as an adjunct professor at Western Seminary where he supervises graduate counseling students.
