Speaker: Jeff Hoover, CitiServe of Cowlitz County

Jeff Hoover is the founder and Director of CitiServe of Cowlitz County. In January 2021, Jeff transitioned from Founding Pastor of Evangel Christian Fellowship in Longview, Washington, the church he pastored for 31 years to launch CitiServe.

Jeff has a keen appreciation of the challenges, as well as the celebrations pastors and leaders experience in ministry. Along with many other leaders, he experienced the frustrating interruption of face-to-face relationship that the season of COVID brought. It left him even more convinced of the need for relationship at more than just a surface depth. Jeff Has made it his “battle” to contend for face-to-face relationship as a key aspect of ministry life for God’s leaders.
