This Fall, we will be starting a new adventure together. Voices & Views will be the focus of our new-look Leadership Summits. We will have three gatherings this Fall, on October 9th, 23rd, and November 6th, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the same location, 1101 Commerce Ave, Longview, WA 98632.

Instead of leaning on an outside speaker for the content of our gatherings, we will tap into the rich resources we have in our group. Voices & Views will be a Panel Discussion environment. Each gathering will focus on a specific question revealed when we arrive at the meeting (in other words, no prep). 

The panel will be made up of 4 people, two who volunteer to participate in the discussion, and two people who are “nominated” by their peers in the room (“I would love to hear what _____  ______ has to say about this topic!”).

Example: “What could we provide the kids of our community that would have the greatest positive effect on their future.” Five people might volunteer to be on the panel and 4 could be nominated/asked by their peers to participate. Four names out of those two “hats” would be drawn and those four individules would comprise our panel.

The panel would give their perspectives, the audience would then ask questions of the panel, followed by a time when the panel could ask the audience questions.
